Quality and Environment
At INVENTARIOS Y PROYECTOS DE SEÑALIZACIÓN VIAL (IPS Vial) our objective is to achieve excellence in the quality of our work so that we achieve the full satisfaction of the clients who trust us both for the preparation of signage projects and for the development of computer applications oriented to the design of signs and signage inventories.
Our work philosophy also includes a firm commitment to the environment, trying to minimize the potential environmental impacts that our activity may cause.
That is why at IPS Vial we have decided to take a further step and implement a Quality and Environmental Management system based on the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
To ensure quality, both externally and internally, management, together with the managers and highly qualified employees of IPS Vial, has planned a set of actions and systems that should provide the appropriate confidence to our clients and which are defined below in our Quality and Environmental Policy:
- Understanding and meeting our clients' needs and expectations, guaranteeing our commitment to fulfilling all applicable requirements for each project. These requirements will include those established by our clients, those mandated by current legislation governing the activities and services we provide, and those to which our organization subscribes, in addition to compliance with any requirements set by third parties.
- We maximize the effectiveness of our human and technological resources to ensure the highest quality in our work and projects. We have all the necessary technical resources, as well as a highly experienced team for project management and execution.
- Involving our staff in achieving continuous improvement through their contributions and promoting the enhancement of professional skills through the ongoing training program offered.
- Commitment to promote an understanding and dissemination of our quality and environmental policy within the organization, through continuous training and communication to our employees.
- Establish actions, measures and behaviors for environmental protection that contribute to the prevention of pollution in the development of our activities.
