Order and Work Order Management
The Urban Works Order Management System of IPS Vial SL (OTs) consists of an application for the municipal sphere that allows efficient communication between the Administration and companies, document management and the exploitation of information in the form of indicators, graphs and reports, in relation to the management of urban works.
The planning, execution, and certification process for urban works involves both public administrations and private companies, and requires mechanisms for administrative oversight, information sharing between parties, and cost evaluation for budget allocation. OTs implements a workflow that enables the coordination and control of this process in an agile, clear, and intuitive manner, offering: Centralized document management, controlled workflow, deadline monitoring by key performance indicators, use of InCa maps and street directory, and email notifications.
